Summary: Looks great from the outside but basic inside. Big walk in shower but then only a hand held outlet that dribbled out. No tea or coffee facilities in the room and the bar doesn’t open until 5 so before then the check in staff serve you beer. So I finished work at 4.30pm wanting a beer and had to stand in a 20 min queue of people checking in to get a beer! By the time I sat down with it the bar was then opening!

Summary: At check-in I was not informed that an early check-in was at a fee. They just told me that the room was ready and I could enter it. At checkout they charged me 200 SEK. Not customer friendly.

Summary: This is located in a very quiet area apparently built for businesses and offices. The hotel tower is very nice and dining area is very good. Rooms were spacious.

Summary: The hotel is great, overall, with it being close to rail transportation, you can get into the heart of Stockholm in 20 minutes. My only complaint is that their "Sky Bar" is only open 3 days a week... in the MIDDLE of the week! Are you kidding me? I would love to stay there again, but they need to rethink their Sky Bar days open, because there really isn't anything nearby to grab a drink if you're not wanting to drink in Stockholm before coming back to your room. Breakfast is included and had plenty of food... so bonus! I had to take it down from 5 to 4 stars because of the Sky Bar issue... in hopes they receive feedback and take it into consideration.
